All you need is sliced ham, cream cheese, and green onion!. Chop green onion, mix green onion in a tub of cream cheese, spread on ham and roll it/cut it and done!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
How about little squares of deli meat, like the sausage and cheeses stuck on toothpicks (the pretty cocktail ones would be extra nice, but plain ones will do) all placed on a platter with various dipping sauces
or mustards in little cups nestled in!.
You could make separte meat and cheese skewers or bunch them up!. If you had access to some good olives at the deli, you can add them to some of the skewers!.
For decoration, make sure there some kind of liner between the platter and the meat!.
A lot of deli's also have some type of breads available!. You could chunck some hearty or crusty breads to add to the platter or as a separate platter to accompany the meat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
