Answers:
Youcan add a couple of whole peeled potatoes and let them simmer for a while!. No just let them simmer for about 10-15 minutes!. Then remove!. Or you can add more potatoes, onions, carrots and tomatoes!. Even scooping some of the liquid out and then replacing it with water and seasoning with everything but the salt will work!.

Rinsing the meat and veggies will not work!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cut two or three raw potatoes into large chunks and add them to the (salty) stew)!. Simmer till the potatoes are cooked!. That should draw out the excess salt!.
You should taste the stew and repeat if necessary as the first round of cooking the raw potatoes may not have drawn out sufficient salt to your liking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can either add some potatoes as the will soak up some of the salt or take some of the juice out (don't toss, you made need it) and add some water or salt free broth!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

remove the stew from pot with a slotted spoon into another pot!.!.!.add chicken or beef broth!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Add potatoes!. They draw out the salt!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

try a dash of sugar and some red wine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Drain all the juice out( in a colander and save it) then rinse the meat and veggies under hot water!.Then return them to the juice and cook for about 10 minutes more!.
If the gravy is to thick to pass through the colander, add water and thin it, then drain!.
Then reduce the gravy again and add the rinsed meat and veggies back in!.

It Happened to me and it worked!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If your using a broth as the base, use one that says ' less sodium!.'Www@FoodAQ@Com
