What Is A HEALTHY recipe for pancakes?!


Question: What Is A HEALTHY recipe for pancakes!?
I want to make these soon!. I Have:
- organic low sugar Maple Syrup
- Wheat Flour
- Splenda
- Nutella(choc!. hazel-nut spread)
- 25% reduced fat "Jif" peanut-butter(creamy kind)
- frozen fruits: (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, & peaches)
- plain oatmeal
- flavored oatmeal (maple syrup)
- Oats
- Go Lean! Crunch
- Honey Bunches Of Oats
- Skim Milk
- Eggs
- Egg Whites
- Baking Powder
- Baking Soda
- Salt
- Corn-meal
- Orange Juice(NO PULP)
- vanilla extract
- almond extract
- yogurt(lowfat vanilla & lite strawberry)
- 100 cal!. desserts(cookies, & brownies)
- PAM butter spray(1g of fat per spray)
- Canola Oil

So, what HEALTHY yet YUMMY breakfast pancake can I make with what I Have!?

Answers:
Use a basic pancake recipe with whatever flour you have and skimmed milk, low fat spread etc!. The healthy bit is what you put into it!. I'm not big on working out how many calories things contain but I guess you can have a lot more then 2 tbsp of fruit for 190 calories!. Looking at your list I would go with warm pancakes, warm berries and a spoonful of yogurt with a glass of OJ!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i make my pancakes with flour, eggs and milk and a drop of vanilla, i guess you could just switch the flour to wholemeal, & use skimmed milk :]
