well, here's something i love to make!. i call it "the egg thing," for lack of a better name!. here's what you do:
boil 2 eggs, then shred the white part with a cheese grater!. make sure you don't shred the yolk!. take the yolk out and put it aside in a small bowl (i use a measuring cup)!.
cut the yolk into several pieces (this is a must!. if you don't, it'll explode in the microwave!. being an idiot, i've done it twice)!. then put some butter in the bowl with the yolk!. it doesn't matter how much!. not too much or else it'll be more like a soup rather than a sauce!. try a tablespoon first!. you can always add more later!. microwave it until the butter is melted!. if there's any piece of the egg white that you couldn't shred (really small pieces) then put it in with the yolk if you want!. i like to also put a little bit of ranch dressing!. not too much or else you won't be able to taste the egg!. just a small bit!. put salt in the sauce!. stir the sauce, then pour over the egg whites!.
this is really good!. if i wasn't so lazy, i'd make it every day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
