what side dish, drink, salad, bread, etc!. goes good with fettucini alfredo i would really like some help oh yeah i am making for 4 people and extras would be cool!.!.:) 10 pts to best answer oh yah and recipies would be good for them THANK YOU!Www@FoodAQ@Com


Answers:
Lots of choices but my favourites to go with are:
grilled asparagus (brushed with italian dressing)
baby mixed greens with homemade croutons and a balsamic vinaigrette and fresh grated or shaved parmesan cheese
any good french bread or crusty loaf -warmed slightly in the oven so the butter melts when spread on
and a good red wine, a Barolo would do nicely

Make a crisp peppery salad with fresh rocket leaf & cherry tomatoes!.!.!.drizzle with Olive oil,milled black pepper & fine shaved Parmesan!.
The Alfredo & this salad go well & a flat pizza dough type garlic buttered bread is good!.!.i finish mine with some freshly ground Rosemary as well as Parsley for the last few mnutes!.

Side - Steamed broccoli or asparagus!. Maybe peas!? Maybe!.

Drink - tea or wine

Salad - Just a regular salad with creamy italian or a cesaer salad!.

Bread - Any kind of crusty bread will be fine!. Garlic bread (no cheese)

I got a great recipe from Kopy Kat, it is Parmesan Crusted Chicken, the sauce is an alfredo- it has broccoli in it!. I love it with Coles garlic bread and a yummy Long Island Ice TeaWww@FoodAQ@Com

Maybe steam some baby carrots and broccoli florets and serve with garlic butter on them!. Garlic bread and green salad!. Or grill some chicken breasts to go with it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
