My prefered method of cooking veggies is on a skillet!. Just add a dab of olive oil to the pan and saute away! You can easily season them with salt and pepper (or even throw in some minced garlic or garlic powder to give them an excellent flavor!) Yummy!
You could always boil them, or steam them--but this usually seems bland to me!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I always cook my frozen vegetables in a saucepan with just about 1/2 cup of water per bag, 1/4 cup of water for 1/2 bag!. I bring to a boil with salt and pepper, cover, then let simmer for about 3 minutes!. Remove from the heat and continue to let steam for about 5 minutes!.
Although this may not be "healthy" -- I add a pinch of sugar to tomatoes, corn, green peas and green beans!. My grandmother taught me this trick!. She always had a garden and would blanche, freeze vegetables!. According to her, that little pinch of sugar made frozen vegetables taste like they were fresh from the garden!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you have a microwave, place the veggies in a bowl with a little bit of water just so that there will be enough to steam, about a tablespoon per cup of veggies but don't add too much and then loosely cover with glad wrap and do bursts of a minute at a time!. That way, it takes less time and you keep all the nutrition in the veggies also using the least amount of water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Make sure when you buy the veggies, they are loose in the bag, and not all frozen into a hunk!. If they are frozen into a hunk, that means they've thawed (usually while sitting in the aisle as the clerk took his time stocking them) and have been re-frozen!. This affects the quality of texture and flavor of the veggies!.
Otherwise, I like to nuke mine!. Put in a corning ware dish w/ glass lid, add a Tbsp or so of water, and steam for 6-8 min, depending upon the veggies!. Top w/ S&P and a little butter, lemon, or garlic, or whatever tastes good for that veggie!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hi, Never ever cook, always slow steam, they loose their nutritional properties when you cook them!. Remeber, every time you process your vegetable in any way they loose nutritional property, little by litte!. So, the most normal way is steam!. Good luck and enjoy!!!

Put them in lightly salted boiling water!. Reduce the heat, and simmer for about ten minutes!. Always check with an knife or fork to make sure that they don't go too soft!. You can use the leftover water to make soup!. Enjoy :-)Www@FoodAQ@Com
Steam them over the spuds and lightly salt, they have been prepared without salt which makes them taste a little 'odd'!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Steaming the veggies will keep the natural taste and texture (not to mention nutrients intact)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
steaming them would be a good choiceWww@FoodAQ@Com
