My mother in law is a terrible cook, but she thinks that since I'm white and American, i only know how to cook easy mac!.

Chicken Breasts Meuniere: Sauteed in Butter
4 boned and skinned chicken breast halves
salt and pepper
1 cup flour, in a plate
3 tablespoons clarified butter
Optional Butter Lemon Sauce
2 tablespoons butter
? lemon
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
Chicken: Season the breasts lightly with salt and pepper!. The moment
before sauteeing, dredge them in flour, and shake off excess flour!. Set
the frying pan over high heat, add the clarified butter, and, when very
hot but not burning, lay in the chicken breasts!. Saute 1 minute on one
side, turn, and saute on the other side --- the meat is done when just
springy to the touch!. Remove to hot plates!.
Optional sauce; Swish the fresh butter in the pan, and heat a moment until
it turns a light brown!. Squeeze drops of lemon juice over the chicken,
pour on the hot butter, sprinkle with parsley, and serve at once!.
Serves 4!.

1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon paprika
Spread chicken breasts flat; fold cheese andhamslices to fit on top; fold
breasts over filling and fasten with toothpicks!. on waxed paper,mix flour,
paprika, use mixture to coat chicken pieces!. Melt butter and brown chicken
breasts!. Reduce heat to low and cook 30 minutes, or until fork tender!.
Remove toothpicks!.

For people who don't cook, stuffed chicken breasts always seems so wonderful and time consuming, this recipe is super easy and wonderful!.!.!.
Chicken breast stuffed with chive cream cheese and spinach wrapped in bacon, easy and FABULOUS:
1!.)Take a skinless, boneless chicken breast and flatten it to the point where it can be easily rolled!.
2!.)I use frozen spinch, thaw it out in the microwave, drain it completely
3!.) Mix your spinach with chive cream cheese (or regular, but the one with chives gives wonderful flavor)
4!.) Spread the mixture over the flattened chicken
5!.) Roll the chicken breast up and wrap with 1-2 slices of bacon
6!.) Stick with toothpicks to stay rolled up
7!.) Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes, until inside of chicken is cooked
*Optional, for crispier bacon, broil the dish for a few minutes on each side

4 Boneless/skinless chicken breast
1/4 Cup olive oil
1 1/2 Teaspoon minced garlic
Bread crumbs
Place olive oil, garlic and chicken breast in a large zip lock bag!. Squeeze bag to cover all chicken pieces in the garlic oil!. Refrigerate 2 to 4 hours, the longer the better!. Heat oven to 425 degrees!. Roll chicken in bread crumbs, place in a shallow baking dish and cook 25 to 30 minutes or until done!. 1/4 cup milk
1 cup dry bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!.
Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish!. Season with ground black pepper to taste!. Top each breast with a slice of cheese!.
