PINEAPPLE TERIYAKI PORK CHOPS
4 boneless pork chops
1/4 cup Kikkoman teriyaki marinade
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons pineapple juice
Combine teriyaki, sugar and pineapple juice in a large resealable bag!. Mix well!. Add pork chops!. Put in refrigerator and let marinare for 4-6 hours, turning occasionally!.
Remove chops from mixture; cook on hot grill for 7 minutes on each side or until chops are done!.

BALSAMIC HONEY GLAZED PORK CHOPS
2 pork loin chops
olive oil
salt and pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Heat enough olive oil to lightly coat your frying pan!. Heat oil on medium high heat!. Crush the cloves of garlic and rub on pork chops both sides, add salt and pepper to taste!. Add pork chops to the heated oil!.
Brown pork chop on each side (about 2 minutes per side)!. Once browned, reduce heat to medium low!. Add the balsamic vinaigrette and honey to the frying pan!.
Coat the pork chop in the sauce and simmer for 10 min!.
* If you really enjoy the flavour of balsamic vinaigrette, marinate the pork chops in it for 2 hours prior to cooking, and cover your pan when simmering

APPLE CINNAMON PORK CHOPS
2-4 boneless pork chops (example: butterfly cut)
2 apples, peeled, sliced (Granny Smith are good)
1 can frozen apple juice concentrate
1 cup applesauce
cinnamon
nutmeg (optional)
salt and pepper
potatoes cut coarsely in chunks
1 heavy bottomed deep frying pan and lid
Cut the potatoes and set aside; peel and slice apples and set aside!.
Heat the frying pan WITHOUT OIL (do not use oil in this recipe)!. Sprinkle salt, pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg on 1 side of the pork chops!.
Place the seasoned side down on the hot pan and sear the meat for 1-2 minutes!.
Meanwhile, season the side face up with salt, pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg!. Flip the chops and sear the side you just seasoned for 1 minute!.
Now add the can of apple juice and apple sauce, being sure to scrape loose the fried bits (fond) which is stuck to the pan - this adds extra flavor!.
Add the apples and potatoes!. Put the lid on!.
Cook until apples and potatoes have become tender

Cook the acorn squash in the microwave first for about 5 minutes!.
Wrap the acorn squash and the pork chop in aluminum foil at about 350-375 degrees for about 40 minutes or until done (squash will be soft and pork chop cooked)
Include about 1 tablespoon of honey inside the acorn squash to help cook!.
I use this recipe with pork chops that are about 1 inch thick!. If they are thinner I will put 2 pork chops per half acorn squash!. I will also season the pork chop with salt and pepper and sometimes include 1 teaspoon of brown sugar with the honey!.

1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
Place pork chops in a large resealable plastic bag!. Combine orange juice, zest, thyme and parsley and add to chops in bag!. Marinate for 8 hours or overnight!.
Preheat broiler!. Spray rack with nonstick cooking spray!. Place chops on broiler, discarding marinade, and cook for 4 minutes each side!. Serve with skinny mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables!.
