INGREDIENTS
1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
1/2 cup unsalted butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup water
8 Granny Smith apples - peeled, cored and sliced



DIRECTIONS
Melt butter in a sauce pan!. Stir in flour to form a paste!. Add white sugar, brown sugar and water; bring to a boil!. Reduce temperature, and simmer 5 minutes!.
Meanwhile, place the bottom crust in your pan!. Fill with apples, mounded slightly!. Cover with a lattice work of crust!. Gently pour the sugar and butter liquid over the crust!. Pour slowly so that it does not run off!.
Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C)!. Reduce the temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and continue baking for 35 to 45 minutes!.

INGREDIENTS
1 (9 inch) unbaked deep dish pie crust
3/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 eggs
1 (15 ounce) can LIBBY'S? 100% Pure Pumpkin
1 (12 fluid ounce) can NESTLE? CARNATION? Evaporated Milk



DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 425 F!.
Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in small bowl!. Beat eggs lightly in large bowl!. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture!. Gradually stir in evaporated milk!. Pour into pie shell!.
Bake for 15 minutes!. Reduce temperature to 350 F!.; bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean!. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours!. Serve immediately or refrigerate!. (Do not freeze as this will cause the crust to separate from the filling!.) Www@FoodAQ@Com
