You should beat the eggs first then add to milk and sugar and mix well then put on heat!. They won't scramble like that it will just make the sauce richer!. Hope this helps youWww@FoodAQ@Com

Your egg is going to cook no matter what, if it's mixed with the milk and sugar first, then it will act as a thickener, not solidifying as long as you have enough milk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
