I know it's not very "holiday-ish" but I love to make crab ragoons every holiday!. They are soooo good!. Ya just take a package of cream cheese, 1 green onion *optional*, a dash of worchestershire sauce, and imitation crab meat!. (the great thing about this is you dont really have to measure anything) fork it all together, get those won ton wrappers from the produce section!. fry!.!.!.yum! I can never make enough, they always go first, and leaves everyone asking for more!. (there is directions on the wrappers on how to assemble, you just put a small amount in the middle of the wrapper, wet the sides so they will wont pop open when you fry them!.) We have done these with chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, apple or cherry pie filling!. It's very versitile!. You could add chicken with sweet and sour sauce, man the possibilities are endless!. also, you could make homemade ravioli with those wrappers too, you just boil them (use different filling of course) instead of frying! Good luck on your holiday meal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
