How do you make good FLAVORED home-made potato chips?!
I saw a similar question but the Best Answer didn't explain how to flavor them and with whatWww@FoodAQ@Com
Answers:
Immediately upon taking them out of the fryer, season then with any finely ground seasonings that you like, not sea salt or cracked peppercorn or any seasonings that are larger in size!. The finer the ground of seasoning, the more they will adhere to your freshly made chips and soak into them quicker!. I hope this better explains the process!. White pepper, cayenne pepper, chili powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, finely ground pepper!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.these are just some examples of what I'm talking about!. Happy Sunday to you!
