How do you make Beef Jerky in a dehydrator?!

Question: How do you make Beef Jerky in a dehydrator!?
Answers:
You'll need the leanest cut of meat you can find!. Trim the excess fat and then put in the freezer for an hour or so (this makes it easier to slice)!. Slice the meat 1/8" thick and then marinate overnight in your favorite marinate!. I like "Dale's"!. I've also used Lee and Perrins with soy sauce!.

Depending on the wattage of your dehydrator, it will take between four and 12 hours to "dehydrate"!. Store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator!.

put in the dehydrator and watch it after about 5-6 hours depending on how thick the meat and how dry that you want it to be If you are looking for a marinade recipe I make my own and we love it I soak it over night in a zipper bag and dry it the next day!. there is not a great deal of work to it after you get the meat sliced thin!. It is fun to make as well so enjoy!. I f you live where it is cooler already you can use your oven and set it to 150 and watch it look in on it about every hour or so!. works the same as a dehydrator!. Put foil in the bottom of your oven for easy clean up

well, you mix up a marinade of whatever you like, put thinly cut slices of shank or other cut of meat into that, and soak the heck out of it!. next day arrange that stuff in the machine, plug that sucker in and dry the heck out of the meat 'til you get it how you like!. then ,yum yum eat 'um up!Www@FoodAQ@Com

put beef into it and turn it on!? im not sure Www@FoodAQ@Com

i'd think you just turn it on and stick the meat inWww@FoodAQ@Com
