If you ask the people behing the fish counter, they will remove the skin for you free of charge!.
You're fortunate to have kids that like fish!. (3 out of 4 of mine hate it)!. But they will eat it if it's crunchy!. I like taking tilapia and coating it in panko breadcrumbs seasoned with smoked paprika!. Then you can bake it on a rack at a high temp so it gets crispy!. Serve it like that, or on a bun with lettuce and tomato!.
Grilling is a healthy way to cook fish!. Just buy a grill pan and you're on your way!.!.!.

***Marinated Grilled Halibut***

Halibut (4 filets)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, (EVOO)
1 tablespoon grainy mustard
10 sprigs thyme, leaves removed from stems
Zest and juice of 1 lime
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
Zest and juice of 1 orange
PreparationPre-heat the grill to medium-high!.

In a one gallon plastic bag or a high-sided baking dish, whisk together the orange, lemon and lime juice and zest, thyme leaves, grainy mustard and EVOO!. Place the fish into the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes!. For easier cleanup and storage, use the plastic bag rather than the baking dish!.

When your grill is ready, take the meat and/or fish out of the marinade and discard the rest!. Place on the grill and cook until desired doneness: Halibut – 3 minutes per side!. Take the fish off the heat and let rest for about 3-5 minutes, then serve!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The beauty of cooking with fish is that there are so many different types and thus so many different ways to cook it!. Some should be decidedly "under-cooked" (such as salmon and tuna) while others require a longer cooking time, perhaps in a delicately flavoured sauce!.

buy some fillets place fish in a pan sprayed with Pam!.

Sprinkle each filet with garlic powder, salt, and pepper!. put about 1 teaspoon margarine on top of each filet!. Add about 1/4th cup lemon with 1/4 cup water to the pan!. cover and bake for about 40 min!. Try using Talipia fish NOT cod!.!.!. most kids won't eat fish because cod is the worst in flavor for me anyway!. i eat it, but prefer either talipia or perch!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

My very favorite fish recipe is the Greek Salmon on this page!. I love salmon and usually cook it with the skin on the bottom, but it peels right off once it's cooked!. Anyway, this recipe is fabulous with any kind of fish and even chicken!. It's very healthy and I generally serve it on a bed of steamed spinach!. Enjoy!
