Put some vegetable in a spray bottle and spray the grill before cooking!.
It's important to not try and turn your meat before it has a chance to sear!. Once it has seared it should lift from the grill without sticking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

pam is a good option like others said,b ut if your like me and don't like sprays cluttering up your kitchen, take a paper towel and moisten it with oil, then rub your grill down!. This should prevent your meat from sticking to the grill!.
also, keep the grill "well seasoned"!. this means just taking a grill brush and rubbing the burnt pieces of meat off, instead of cleaning it with soap everytime!. The seasoned grill plates will not only help your meat from sticking to the grill, it also gives your meat more flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Get your grill good and hot, and then turn it off!. Cut an onion in half and scrub your grill with the flat side!. You can even it the onion after that, it's delicious!. But that onion will clean your grill off and leave a barrier on it that helps keep food from sticking!. Either that, or Pam for grilling!. Or if you are grilling chicken, which is what really sticks, put olive oil on the meat first!. If you are cooking fish, then the secret is to leave it on that side until it stops sticking--that is how you know that side is done well enough!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I usually spray mine with Pam just before I put the meat on the grill!. I also have the meat well oiled too!.

You're trying to move the food before it has caramelized and formed a crust!. I don't mean a burned cinder exterior, but a good grill-mark!.
ps: The contents of Pam and its propellant are flammable - never spray onto a hot grill!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
