I am in the uk and have bananas, white flour, brown sugar, two eggs and some mixed spice will this do!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes mush the bananas with a fork and some milk too, Add chocolate chips and some walnuts if you can!. This is my own recipe it's delicious!

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
Ingredients
? 1 cup sugar
? 1 stick/ 4oz butter
? 2 eggs
? 3 bananas
? 1 tbsp milk
? 1 tsp cinnamon
? 2 cups flour
? 1 tsp baking powder
? 1 tsp baking soda
? 1 tsp salt salt
? 2/3 cup chocolate chips

Method
1!. Pre heat oven to 325?F
2!. Mash bananas and milk and cinnamon together with a fork
3!. Sieve all dry ingredients and set aside
4!. Cream the butter and sugar together in a bowl with an electric whisk until lighter in color
5!. Gradually add in the eggs and the banana mixture, followed by the dry ingredients until they are all combined
6!. Stir in the chocolate chips
7!. Pour into a greased 1lb loaf tin and bake in the oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean!. Leave to cool in tin for 5 minutes and then turn out to cool on a wire cooling wrack
8!. Beverage: Cup of tea, glass of milk, afternoon tea or brunch
9!. Additions: replace choc chips with pecans or walnuts

The Best Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups mashed banana
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!. Grease and flour one 9x5 inch pan!.

Cream margarine and sugar until smooth!. Beat in eggs, then bananas!. Add flour and soda, stirring just until combined!.

Pour into prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 1 hour (or till toothpick comes out clean)!. Remove from pan and let cool, store in refrigerator or freeze!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Looks like you have plenty of great suggestions! My only added point is to make sure the bananas are really ripe (like black on the outside) and before fruit flies start coming around!
This will make banana bread much tastier! Good eating!
