Easy- Go to the market & buy Claussen dill pickles, eat the pickles, save the brine!. Boil 5 eggs (that's what will fit in the pickle jar!.) peel & place in the brine!. Place in the fridge for a few days & you'll have good pickled eggs!. I like to add 1 of those little HOT chinese peppers, but if you don't like hot, just use the brine!. If you want to hurry the process along a bit, put the brine in the mic to bring it to a boil!. Then add the eggs & replace to top, It will seal down tight as it cools & the eggs cure faster!. About 2 days!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can find many pickled egg recipes online!. What I do is save the juice from my dill pickles, boil some eggs, peel, and drop in the pickle juice!.

I just buy a big jar of pickles (Clausens are my favorite) eat the pickles, hard boil and peel the eggs, and through them in!. They're ready in a few days!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
