Does anyone have a dairy-free fruit smoothie recipe?!
I am so wanting a smoothie right now but i don't have any dairy products like yogurt, milk, ice cream etc!. and i can't find a recipe that doesn't use those in it!. I do have pineapple chunks (frozen and canned) strawberries, a bag of cut bananas, and some coconut juice and apple juice!. As well as ice!. Do you know of a recipe that's GOOD using these things!?

I never use dairy in my fruit smoothies!
In your blender add about 5-6 ice cubes, about 2 cups of the fruit you want, and half a cup of juice!.
Blend in the blender until it gets smooth and creamy!. You can always add more juice if its too thick!.

yes and you will love this idea instead of milk use soy and or almond milk it gives it a sweeter taste an better for digestion, or goats milk and you get the same out of it as regular milk but with goats milk no lactose really also if you any syrups on hand they can help Www@FoodAQ@Com
You don't need dair! Use a blender and put ice, pineapple chunks, strawberries, some bananas and mix well!. Then, add a bit of coconut juice and apple juice for finishing touches!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
