Answers:
the main thing is the slow cooking!.
i'd put about a kilo of meat for stew, soak beans in water the night before (about a cup) and put in the pot!. get a pre-stuffed kishke (stuffed gut), some potatoes and water and pepper and salt and garlic!. (you can use chick peas)!.
let the water boil then keep in the oven at about 80 degrees C (or 100) overnight!. make sure the water doesnt evaporate completely!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ingredients:

1/2 cup oil
5 onions, cut and fried
2kg fat meat
1/2kg soaked beans (should be soaked for 12 hours - pink beans are best)
1/4kg barley
4 potatos (peeled and cut up)

Seasoning:

3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp salt
3 tbsp powdered onion soup
3 tbsp powdered chicken soup
plenty of sweet paprika
Add 1/2 tsp of hot paprika to taste

Put all the ingredients in a pot, fill with water slightly over the contents, boil and add the seasoning!. Cook for 4 - 5 hours on a low heat (8 hours if you didn't soak the beans)
