I gave this same answer to another question, but it fits your question too!. Scramble a couple of eggs, top with salsa, or cheese, or bacon bits, whatever you like with your eggs, and wrap in a whole wheat tortilla!. Very quick, easy, tasty and portable!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

U shouldn't do this evry day but u can make a really quick thin pancake and then put strawberry(or whatever flavor) ice cream on top!.

also you can get salami and cream cheese and put that on a round roll which is 1 of my fav!. Takes 5 minutes 2 put together!.

also u can get pop tarts which r really good cause u never get tired of them cause there r so many different flavors!. Takes 5 minutes!.

Pineapple slices in a can r also really good!. 1 minute

Rinse a few strawberries 2!. 2 minutes

Eggo French Toast Sticks r in the frozen area which r fast and easy!. 5 minutes

Mock Muffin
Ingredients
4 English muffins
4 slices bacon
12 egg whites
Salt and pepper
4 slices cheddar
Directions
Place English muffin in toaster and toast!.
In a microwave safe bowl, about the same diameter as the English muffin, place the 1 slice bacon and 3 egg whites!. Season with salt and pepper!. Loosely cover with plastic wrap!. Microwave on high for 1 minute!. Remove from microwave and gently stir egg whites!. Microwave 30 seconds more!. Remove and immediately place a cheese slice over hot egg whites!. Slide onto toasted English muffin!. Repeat with remaining ingredients!. 2 minutes


Doughnut French Toast Recipie:
Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 cup full fat milk
4 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 slices from a small white loaf or 2 slices from a large white loaf, each large slice cut in half
1-ounce butter, plus a drop flavourless oil, for frying
1/4 cup sugar
Directions
Beat the eggs with the milk and vanilla in a wide shallow bowl!.
Soak the bread halves in the eggy mixture for 5 minutes a side!.
Heat the butter and oil in a frying pan/skillet, fry the egg-soaked bread until golden and scorched in parts on both sides!.
Put the sugar onto a plate and then dredge the cooked bread until coated like a sugared doughnut!. 10 minutes

U can also make scrambled, boiled, or fried egg!. 10 minutes!.

I like making stuff like a quick bowl of beef ravioli from chef boyardee, or something microwaveable and quick like that!. I suppose you could make a pretty decent salad in a couple minutes, with shredded cheese and all!. Leftovers from last night can be zapped in a couple mins!.

ingredients:
2 eggs
3 peices of bacon
you favorite cheese
pinch of sugar
two slices of bread

first heat up your pan!. lay the bacon on there to cook!. now get a small bowl, break the two eggs in it and throw in a pinch or two of sugar!. mix that up nice!. (the sugar will make the eggs more fluffy and sweet) turn you bacon and put the bread in the toaster!. when the bacon is done to you liking lay it on a paper towel!. you'll have a bit of oil in the pan, just take the pan and pour out the excess oil in the trash(carefull not the melt the plastic trash bag)!. now pour the egg on the pan and let it cook till you can flip it easily!. you should only have to flip it 3 times!. now throw the cheese in there and fold the egg over it!. take you bread, egg, and bacon and make a sandwich!. add ketchup or whatever you want!. takes me about 6 min to make and is well worth it!. I think that smoothies and milkshakes are nice!. and they don't take that long to make!. You can also have croissants (ham n cheese, cheese, nutella, jam etc!.), porridge, pancakes, crumpets, leftover dinner etc!.!.!.

HERBED SCRAMBELED EGGS

Ingredients (serves 2)
3 rashers rindless bacon, halved crossways
4 free-range eggs, at room temperature
1/4 cup pouring cream
25g butter, chopped
1 tablespoon dill, chopped
1 tablespoon flat-leaf parsley leaves, chopped
2 bagels, split, toasted, buttered, to serve

Method
Heat a medium (20cm base), non-stick frying pan over medium heat until hot!. Add bacon!. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes each side or until crisp!. Remove to plate!. Wipe pan clean!. Reheat over medium heat!.
Whisk eggs and cream together (don't add salt) for 2 minutes or until well combined!. Stand for a couple minutes to let foam settle!.
Add butter to hot frying pan!. Swirl to coat!. As last of butter melts, add egg mixture!. Cook for 1 minute or until just setting!.
Using a spatula or a flat-edged wooden spoon, push set eggs toward centre of pan, tilting pan to allow uncooked egg to run over base!. Sprinkle dill and parsley over eggs!. Cook for 1 minute or until eggs form creamy curds!. Remove from heat!. Spoon eggs onto bagels!. Top with bacon and bagel tops!. Season with pepper!. Serve!.

BERRY BIRCHER MUSELI

Ingredients (serves 6)
3 cups rolled oats (see note)
1 1/2 cups unsweetened apple juice
1 granny smith apple, coarsely grated
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
2 small limes, juiced
1 cup thick, plain yoghurt
1 cup mixed fresh berries (we used blackberries, strawberries, raspberries)
2 tablespoons honey

Method
Place oats in a large bowl!. Pour over apple juice to cover!. Stir to combine!. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours!.
Just before serving, stir in apple, almonds, 1/4 cup lime juice, 3/4 cup yoghurt and 3/4 cup mixed berries!.
Spoon muesli into bowls!. Top with remaining yoghurt and mixed berries!. Drizzle with honey!. Serve immediately!.

Notes & tips
This recipe is best made 1 day in advance!.
Use regular (not quick-cooking) rolled oats for this recipe!.
Tip: You could replace the yoghurt in step 3 with milk!.

CINNAMON & CRANBERRY TOASTED MUSELI

Preparation Time 5 minutes

Cooking Time 25 minutes

Ingredients
140g (1 1/2 cups) rolled oats
40g (1 cup) bran flakes
60g (1/2 cup) bran cereal
45g (1/4 cup) whole unroasted cashews
50g (1/3 cup) craisins (Ocean Spray brand)
2 tbs pepitas (pumpkin seed kernels)
2 tbs sunflower seeds
1 tsp ground cinnamon
60ml (1/4 cup) maple syrup
20g reduced-fat dairy spread
Skim milk, to serve or Yoghurt (perferably thick greek style)

Method
Preheat oven to 200°C!. Combine the oats, bran flakes, bran cereal, cashews, craisins, pepitas, sunflower seeds and cinnamon in a large bowl!.
Place maple syrup and dairy spread in a small saucepan over medium heat!. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until dairy spread melts and mixture is well combined!. Drizzle oat mixture with maple-syrup mixture!. Use a wooden spoon to stir until well combined!.
Spoon oat mixture into a roasting pan!. Cook in preheated oven, stirring every 5 minutes, for 20 minutes or until light brown!. Set aside for 1 hour to cool!.
Spoon the muesli among serving bowls!. Serve with skim milk and poached pineapple & strawberries, if desired!.

Notes & tips
You can make this recipe up to 2 weeks ahead!. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place!.

WARM FRUITY PORRIDGE

Cooking Time 10 minutes

Ingredients (serves 2)
310ml (1 1/4 cups) milk
30g (1/3 cup) quick oats (Uncle Toby's brand)
1 tbs sultanas
1 tbs chopped dried apricots
Pinch of ground cinnamon
1/2 Granny Smith apple
1/2 banana, peeled, sliced
1 tsp brown sugar

Method
Combine 185ml (3/4 cup) of the milk with the oats, sultanas, apricots and cinnamon in a medium saucepan!. Cook, uncovered, over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes or until the mixture comes to the boil!.
Meanwhile, peel, core and coarsely grate the apple!. Add to porridge and stir over low heat for 1 minute or until porridge thickens!. Spoon into serving bowls!. Top with banana and sugar, and serve with remaining milk!.

Notes & tips
Microwave method: Place 185ml (3/4 cup) milk, oats, sultanas, apricots and cinnamon in a large, heatproof microwave-safe bowl!. Cook on High/ 800watts/100% for 1 1/2 minutes!. Stir in grated apple and cook on High/ 800watts/100% for 1 1/2 minutes or until mixture boils and thickens!.

CINNAMON PORRIDGE

Ingredients (serves 6)
2 cups (180g) rolled oats (not instant)
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, plus extra to dust
125g brown sugar
300ml thickened cream (optional) otherwise use milk
2 bananas, sliced

Method
Place oats, cinnamon, 1L (4 cups) ofwater and a pinch of salt in a saucepan!. Stir over low heat for 5 minutes, then leave to simmer for 5-6 minutes!.
Meanwhile, place sugar in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons water and stir over low heat until sugar dissolves!. Increase heat to medium and cook for 2-3 minutes until mixture has caramelised!. Add 100ml cream and stir over low heat until smooth, then cool slightly!.
