Question: Can you help with the menu!?
i am taking over a small snack /sandwich shop in the middle of a pretty big building,over 400 hundred offices,serving breakfast and lunch!.!.limited cooking equipment!.more of a sandwich menu,please i need practical suggestions!.thanks for any help!.Www@FoodAQ@Com


Answers:
You could make snack wraps out of ham and cheese and spinach!. Make sandwiches with french bread, wheat bread, hamburger buns!. Buy those 30 cent bags of chips at walmart and serve with all the sandwiches with a pickle!. Or maybe a simple salad!. Maybe even tunafish or egg salad sandwiches!. Tuna on crackers could be an option!. A whole sandwich cut into 4ths could be a snack!. Even tomato sandwiches or cucumber sandwiches!. Chicken salad sandwiches!. Have soup on the menu, have 3 to choose from!. Serve breadsticks with the salads!. Have a soup and salad combo!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Turkey Sandwich-with avacdo, alfalfa sprouts, tomatoes, swiss cheese and horse radish sauce on a nice hoagie roll

Sandwiches on ciabatta rols, or crescent rolls!.

Pollo Verde Salad-Recipe for Verde Sauce:

3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup flour
1 1/2 Tbsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 quart half and half (or equal amount evaporated milk wich is what I prefer)
2 cup hot chicken broth (or bullion cubes/bullion powder)
1 small can diced green chili peppers
4 tbsp diced canned jalapenos *optional

Melt the butter and add flour!. Stir and let bubble just 1-2 minutes!. Slowly add the chicken broth, a little bit at a time!. Letting it slightly thicken after each addition, then add 1/2 and 1/2 or evap milk!. Once again letting it thicken slightly after each addition!.

Stir in the garlic powder and cumin!. Then add the green chili's and jalapenos!.

Use a tortilla bowl and fill with salad mix!. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, sliced olives, and shredded or grilled chicken!. Pour a good scoop of the sauce over the top and add some shredded cheese!. Serve with salsa, gauc, and sour cream!.

Nachos:

1 layer tortilla chips topped with!.!.!.!.
Hot refried beans, chopped tomatoes, sliced olives, chopped onions, and shredded cheese!. also you could add chicken or beef!. Repeat, ending with cheese!. Microwave 2 minutes and serve with salsa, sour cream, and guac!.

You can buy frozen discs to make beef pattys (goya brand cells them in frozen food section)!.!.!.once defrosted add flour 2 disc, add cooked ground meat, bend disc and use fork 2 seal disc shut, fry (deep fry if you have) & will be done in 3 munutes!. You can sell at $2 a patty ($3 if ya think clientele will pay it) & you will make super profit!. Goya discs of 8 per pack are about 99¢ good luck!! Www@FoodAQ@Com

Buy a couple crock pots and make soups!.

Spend the cash and get a cold bar going for salads!.!.!.!.!.chics will run to you for food!.

Breakfast foods, any type of bagels, muffins, little boxes ofcereal they can take back to the office!.

Wraps are good!. Mis up the type of tortillas you sue!.
