Answers:
yes no need for the apple sauce!. use 1/4 cup mayo for each egg!. and add your oil with about 1 tbs!. removed for 3 eggs!. you can use the apple sauce if you want it will be ok!. you'll be surprised at how nice your cake turns out!. I switch mayo for eggs all the time!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mayonnaise, no, too greasy

Applesauce, yes!.

If eggs are binders in a recipe, it can be replaced with Arrowroot, Soy, Lecithin, Flaxseed Mix, Pureed Fruits or Vegetables, Silken Tofu, Unflavored Gelatin Powder!. The ratio is, for every egg replaced, 1/4 cup of the substitute is used!.

If eggs are leavening agents, Buttermilk, Yogurt, Baking Soda, Commercial Egg Replacement Powder such as Ener-G can be used!.

If eggs are moisturizers, Fruit Juice, Milk, Water or Pureed Fruit can be used!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mayo is 84% fat!.
The active parts in the egg that you need in the cake is busy keeping the mayo together!.

But what would the world be without "culinary daredevils"
Go for it! It might be edible!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No dont think that will be good at all!. Just eat the applesauceWww@FoodAQ@Com

mayo is eggs and oil but it has other spices in it that probably won't taste good in a cakeWww@FoodAQ@Com
