How do I cook pork tenderloin in less than an hour and what sides go well with it?!
Answers:
My favorite way
Pork bake
1 pork loin roll
1 box stuffing
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Prepare 1 box of sage stuffing according to directions, set aside
take tenderloin , make a cut halfway through lengthwise roll of meat then open it up like a book , put the remade stuffing on top,
mix soup with 1/4 cup of milk
slowly pour over stuffing ,covering it!.
cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 45 minutes, take foil off, cook for another 10-15to brown the top!.
Make a salad or veggie to go along with it!.
Remember the thinner the meat the shorter the cooking time!.
A friend of mine actually pounds out her tenderloin after the cutting part and rolls it up and cooks it for only 30 minutes since it is so thin!. I always check often when nearing finish time!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pork is generally a very difficult meat to work with!.!.!.it is incredibly sensitive: if you cook for only a few minutes less, then it is too rare; if you cook it just a few minutes over, it is too tough and chewy!. You really have to watch it, and sometimes even recipes can't help!. What i like to do sometimes is get one extra of the tenderloins the same general size, and then when it should be close to done, check the inside of the extra!. Do this until it is just about right, checking different parts of the meat each time!. And don't worry about its presentation value: this piece is for you!.
Good sides if you want to be basic would be asparagus and mashed potatoes!. As for sauces, some sort of a light citric sauce would be good!. I personally like types of apricot sauces, but that is me!.
It is hard to really say what is and is not right for this type of thing!.!.!.good luck
P!.S!. if you really have issues with time--though you may not want to--it might be best if you just cooked smaller tenderloins!.!.!.just a thoughtWww@FoodAQ@Com

Pan saute it or throw it on a grill!.
My favorite pork tenderloin recipe is to pan saute it and then take the pork out of the pan, add some chopped onion, a clove of minced garlic and saute that for a few minutes!. Put in 2 T dijon mustard and 1 T maple syrup!. De-glaze the pan with chicken broth (about a cup)!. Then throw in about 1/2 a cup of dried cranberries and 1/4 cup green onion tops!. Add the pork back to the pan and heat through!.
I love apricot rice and a steamed vegetable with this!.
Apricot Pine Nut Pilaf
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup pine nuts or blanched slivered almonds
1 cup uncooked regular rice
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
1!.2 cup chopped dried apricots
1!.2 cup thinly sliced green onions
Melt butter in medium skillet over medium high heat!. Add nuts; cook, stirring for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned!. Remove nuts from pan!. Add rice; cook, stirring for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown!. Stir in broth and bring to a boil!. Reduce heat!. Cover; simmer 20 minutes or until tender!. Add nuts, apricots and onions; Cook covered over low heat 5 minutes!. Yield: 7 1/2 cup servingsWww@FoodAQ@Com

Here in Oklahoma i know we always slice it thin so it cooks faster!. Bread it with egg wash and flour and fry it!. We love any food fried like that, I serve it with fried potatoes and cornbread and gravy!. I know sounds like a heart attack on a plate but believe me I'm one of the healthiest people i know!.

You can cook it in a pan on the stove-top with some oil!. I think that a baked sweet potato and apple sauce go very well with pork tenderloin!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
