Vegan Indian Recipes?!

Question: Vegan Indian Recipes!?
I recently went vegan!. I love cooking and am confident that I'll be able to make all this happen, but I'm a little stunted right now!. I'm trying to figure out a meal instead of just piling veggies on top of each other!.

The short and skinny is that I'm eating vegan, whole, natural (no additives, colors, preservatives, artificial sweeteners, etc!.), and going for about 50% raw each day!. If you want to ask WHY, you can always email me!.!.!.don't post that stuff here!. Please try to work within my diet constraints!.!.!.don't tell me to just grab a Boca burger and a bun and call that a meal!.

I absolutely ADORE Indian food but don't really know how to cook anything other than curry!. I'm looking for any and all of your favorite Indian recipes, including for drinks and any for Ayurvedic medicine!. If you have a favorite website for Indian food, that will be helpful as well (and if you could tell me why you like it and what in particular you've made, that would be great)!.

Thanks and namaste!.

Hard to recommend since vegetarian dishes contain yogurt lots of times w/ Indian food!. I don't know why you can't do a boca burger if you're only doing 50% raw!. Seems you've kinda painted yourself into a corner w/ everything you won't eat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
