Question: Any suggestions about what I can do with leftover tuna casserole!?
Other than throwing it out!? lol!.I have enough left from yesterday for another meal!. Is there anything I can do to it to "spruce it up" a bit; make it a little different!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
cut the cold casserole into squares!. give both sides a dusting of flour, then dip into a beaten egg, then bread crumbs or panko!.

fry the squares in a few tablespoons of oil until they are golden on each sides!.

The outsides will be crusty and the insides will be gooey!. this works with leftover casseroles of all kinds, including mac-n-cheese!. And it gives it a whole new flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It might be good if you made it cajun style!.

Get a good jar of alfredo sauce and a good Cajun Seasoning in the spice aisle!.

Add 1 tsp!. seasoning to alfredo sauce and heat!. You can add 1 pat butter too!.

Pour that sauce all over the casserole and mix to loosen up the noodles!.

It'll give it a nice, new, creamy cajun kick!.

Truthfully you can add all the extra spices you want however the taste of tuna is still going to be the most dominiate flavour so I would just reheat it and eat it again as is!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Personally, I wouldn't do anything other then re-heat it!. I love left over tuna casserole, sometimes it is better the second day!. Might need to add a bit of milk to make it creamy again!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Reheat in the microwave with a splash of milk or cream, The addition of some diced chili peppers or Salsa will give it a kick or a topping of shredded cheddar cheese and some buttered crumbs would be good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Interesting!! Here's a Star!

I would just eat it as is!. Can't really think of anything unless you add some bacon to it!

You can make it into a wrap, add some lettuce in a tortilla!.

Bring to room temperature, chop it all up, make it into patties, and fry it in a bit of oil!. Make wraps in either Romaine lettuce or head lettuce and serve with different sauces!. More spicy than not!.
