Answers:
Try heating a skillet (cast iron works best) with a little light canola or grape seed oil, then add the popcorn seeds, a couple tsp of butter (can use margarine if watching cholesterol), sprinkle with brown sugar, nutmeg, and ground sea salt!. Add ingredients quickly, then cover pan with splatter shield to keep popcorn from flying around the kitchen =)!.
Shake the pan to keep from sticking or scorching!. After popcorn pops, remove from heat and serve!.
Optional, can drizzle with 50/50 mix melted butter and almond bark with a dash of almond extract!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i love popping a microwave bag of popcorn and then shaking about a half of a box of sno-caps (dark chocolate drops covered with nonpareils) into it, shutting the bag, and then shaking it up for a little bit!. the chocolate melts nicely with the freshly popped corn and i get a salty-sweet crunchy treat!. wow, i wish i had some sno-caps right now! :)

most days however i just use my air popper and while the popcorn is coming out i drizzle olive oil and shake molly mcbutter on it!. tastes just as good and causes less "collapse" on air popped popcorn than butter!.

enjoy :)
