Recipes or food ideas for college student?!

Question: Recipes or food ideas for college student!?
I've been making a lot of curries, spaghetti, that sorta thing because they freeze well, and of course stir fries, soup, and ramen noodles!. Do you have any good, cheap pasta sauce recipes and/or ideas in general for a healthy, quick, cheap sorta diet!? I live off campus so I can actually cook stuff!. The real issue is time and money!. Any good fast breakfast and lunch ideas as well!?
Thanks:)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Tomato based pasta sauces rock!.!.!.you can mix it up so many different ways!.

I start with a diced onion and some garlic with a bit of olive oil in a pan!. Saute it until the onion is soft then throw in a can of tomatoes!. You can add fresh herbs (if you've got your own growing in the garden or pots) or dried (they work out cheaper if you buy them in the packs or in bulk rather than glass jars)!. Oregano, basil are my favourites!.!.!. and add whatever flavourings you like!. Then simmer and serve with your favourite pasta!.

-ham/bacon with dried/fresh chili is nice!.
-so is some ground beef browned just after the onions, some kidney beans and a touch of cumin!.
-or with some ground beef, a touch of beef stock and a splash of red wine vinegar for bolognaise!.
-some anchovies, black olives and capers for puttenesca!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm trying to live cheaply, even though I am no longer a college student!. You can buy alfredo sauce and spaghetti sauce in jars at the store and pour them over the pasta of your choice!. I like baked potatoes with cheese or sour cream!. They don't take long to nuke in the microwave!. The lasagna recipe on the Mueller's lasagna package is easy and freezes well and is enough to eat on for a week!. Eggs cost twice as much as they used to but you can make scrambled or fried eggs or omelets with vegetables and/or meat!. For the price they do last a while!. Sometimes I make yellow rice to last for a few days and add chopped baked or boiled chicken to it!. I just keep them separate in the fridge!. I like tuna helper with white tuna!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Heres the worlds easiest soup that is also yummy and cheap!.

Bring some premade chicken broth to a boil Season with herbs such as rosemary, thyme, bay leaves, parsley, strain it all out after about 15 mins!. Add in some premade tortellini (the kind you can buy in the fridge case at the grocery store) and add some spinach!. add grated romano cheese when u serve!. If you know how, you can actually make the chicken stock to make it semi-homemade!. It will make a lot and will freeze well Www@FoodAQ@Com

theres this shell things my mom makes!. she cooks these pasta shells the size of my fist!. while that is cooking she is also cooking meat ground beef with spaghetti sause!. when both are done she lays the shells out out on a cooking sheet and fills each with the meat then cottage cheese!.
another meal- cook white rice!. in a frying pan she'll have cut up sausage and this frozen vegetable pack!. i dont remember what its called but it has those long flat green peas things!. then she adds soy sause!.
for breakfast maybe french toast- dip whatever bread in the egg then in the frying pan and flip not too much butter or oil!.
or you can buy box cake mix and use the muffin pan instead of a cake panWww@FoodAQ@Com
