Yes you can bake them but you need to have the heat set pretty high like at 425 and make sure you coat them with pam to get them crispy!. They do take awhile in the oven!Www@FoodAQ@Com
I did this last week and its just not the same!
They were chewy and not as good I believe huge difference in my book I love the crunch from deep fried spring roll!.
They are my favorite!.

Baking spring rolls tends to make them chewy and not as crunchy!. Though, admittedly they taste the same, frying them is much better!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I bake them and they are fine!. They are better fried but it's messier and I can never keep all the oil out!. You are making me hungry!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
there is nothing wrong with fry as long as it is really hot other wise it will saturate!. try a shallow fry!. oven may make them hard and brittleWww@FoodAQ@Com
