They usually run between 4 and 6 ounces!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

if they are about the size of the palm of your hand and you have average hands, then they are 3-4 ounces!. A piece of meat the size of a deck of cards, the thickness and everything is 3 ouncesWww@FoodAQ@Com

i actually freeze my chicken breasts individually all the time, and they are about 8oz - i also trim all of the excess fat off of the edges that was missed but that shouldn't account for anything!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

the average chicken breast boneless and skinless can weigh between 4 to 6 oz it would also depend on the size of the breast

hope this helps Www@FoodAQ@Com

they are about 7 oz each so guessing 6 in very close!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
