What can i make with my eye round steak?!


Question: what can i make with my eye round steak!?
i have a eye of round steak stashed im my freeezer and im planning to make dinner later!. what can i do with it!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

Actually we made this last night!. I put the steak strips on the george foreman grill and also grilled up some purple onions, green peppers, red peppers, and mushrooms on a skewer on the foreman!. I also had leftover mashed potatoes that i served also! Didnt take longer than 20 mins to prep & make!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
