Treat yourself!.!.!.you are only buying for one, so splurge a little!. Get yourself a nice cut of steak (can rub with butter and herbs, then broil or cook on a George Foreman instead of grilling to minimize effort) and a baked potato with lots of sour cream!. Get a nice bottle of wine, and finish off with a personal tub of Ben and Jerry's ice cream!.
Take advantage of the opportunity to treat yourself to something special!.
!.
Easy to get a resealable package of chicken breasts, pre-cooked hamburger patties, personal pan pizzas, and individual servings of vegetables in the frozen food section!. Save some cash and still have some great tasing meals with little effort!. Don't forget the long baths while playing YOUR music as loud as you want!. Enjoy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can make your regular size dishes and freeze them individually then when you don't feel like messing up the kitchen for just your self nuke something from the freezer like
baked pasta dishes
soups and stews
meatloaf
sloppy joe meat
taco meat
cook a whole chicken and break up into portions freeze most use some for tacos
omelets
salad
pasta with alfredo sauce
I make my lunches in advance for the week by freezing leftover in potions then I grab something different every morning to take with me
if you don't want to go through all that you can cook enough rice or pasta for a single serving and top with butter and garlic or make a regular amount and chill leftovers for up to 3 days then creating a different sauce each day!. bottled sauces can be chilled after opening for about 3 days also
bake a chicken breast with pasta and spaghetti sauce one day
use sauce to make mini pizzas with bread slices and cheese(or bagels or english muffins or canned biscuits)
the third day toss whats left of the sauce and pasta into soup with veggies and freeze leftovers for next week
you can also buy frozen salmon and its cut already toss one piece on the grill and eat with salad and maybe some rice
