Easy baked chicken thighs

Chicken thighs
4 tbsp!. cooking oil
2 tsp!. instant minced onion
1 tsp!. flour
1/2 tsp!. sugar
1/4 tsp!. thyme (opt!.)
1/8 tsp!. curry powder (opt!.)
1 tsp!. salt
1/2 tsp!. paprika
1/4 tsp!. garlic powder
1/4 tsp!. pepper

In a large shallow baking pan, spread 2 tablespoons of the cooking oil!. Place chicken in a single layer and pour remaining 2 tablespoons of oil over all!. In small bowl, mix together onion, flour and other seasonings!. Sprinkle chicken with about half of the mixture!. Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes!. Turn chicken and sprinkle with remaining seasoning mixture!. Bake about 30 minutes longer until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mix a bottle of barbecue sauce with a cup of orange juice!. Pour it over about 2-3 lbs of chicken thighs in a 9x13 baking dish!. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1:30 hours on 300F!. I like to pull back the skin and add whatever I'm in the mood for; poultry seasoning, paprika and garlic powder, cumin and garlic powder, curry!. Then I replace the skin and sprinkle salt and pepper on top!. I baste about half way through (about 20-30 minutes depending on size) and again about 5 minutes before!. Bake at 350!.
