Answers:
Thaw the strawberries and let them sit in the bowl until the 'juice' comes out!. Mix with sugar and roll in a tortilla and put some of the 'syrup' and a berry or two on the outside !.!.!. then sprinkle with cinnamon!. It's YUMMY that way, and also very pretty!. The cinnamon will make it more 'Mexican' than just the sugared berries !.!.!. and I've eaten this for dessert in Mexico, on the west coast, by the way!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you could manage to pick up some cream cheese and a package of crescent rolls, this very easy recipe will surprise you!.!.!.

Easy Strawberry Empanadas

1/4 cup cream cheese
4 tbsp light brown sugar, divided
2/3 cup coarsely chopped fresh strawberries
1 (8 count) pkg refrigerated crescent rolls
2 tbsp butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 F!. Blend the cream cheese and 2 tbsp brown sugar in a bowl!. Fold in the strawberries!. Unfold the crescent roll dough into 4 rectangles!. Divide strawberry mixture among the 4 pieces, spooning onto bottom half of rectangle!.

Fold dough over and crimp edges, making sure edges are crimped together well!. Bake rolls according to package directions until golden!. Brush the cooked empanadas with melted butter and dust with the remaining sugar before serving!. Serves 4 and is really "yummy"!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Peanut butter's good!. Spread it on half a tortilla, top with jelly (or sliced strawberries, sliced bananas, or chocolate) and fold over!. This can be eaten cold, heated in the microwave, or grilled in butter!. Top with cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar!.

Or deep fry the tortilla until it is crispy and puffy, and toss it in cinnamon sugar!. Drizzle with honey and hershey's syrup!. Top with sliced strawberries!. It's not exactly the same as a sopapilla from a tex-mex restaurant, but close!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cover the tortillas in butter and sugar (cinnamon too if you like) and stick them in the broiler until crispy!. Then chop up the strawberries very fine, add a little lemon juice and/or powdered sugar if you have them, and you've got sweet chips and fruit salsa!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

who cares!. mexico has the worst culture ever!.!.!. ditch it and get a good one!.
