What should I do with a fondant and buttercream cake if it's made the day before?!

Question: What should I do with a fondant and buttercream cake if it's made the day before!?
I am going to make a cake with buttercream icing, covered in fondant!. I'm making this the day before it will be served!. I've heard it's very bad to freeze or refrigerate these cakes because they condensate when they warm up!. What should I do with the cake overnight!? Can I leave it out, or will it spoil!? Please help , I've looked ALL over the internet! Thanks!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
You can leave it out!. The cake will not spoil over night!.

Unless your house is extremely hot!.

I froze mine, it did have some condensation in it, but once inside the church for the party, that went away!. It turned out great!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You are putting fondant on top of buttercream!?!?!? Not on a flat dry cake surface!?

Ok!.!.!.well I never saw that done but that doesn't mean it's never been done!. About the cake!.!.!.you can leave it out overnight!. Cakes made for weddings aren't compiled 20 minutes before they are eaten!. I wouldn'ty put it in the refrigerator because though I don't know about the condensation I do know that the cake will be fine on your counter with some plastic l;ightly put over it!.
