How can I make high-calorie snack bars that have healthy ingredients like fruits and vegetables in them ?!

Question: How can I make high-calorie snack bars that have healthy ingredients like fruits and vegetables in them !?
I'm trying to satisfy the 6-meals a day and 3000 calorie diet for bodybuilding, but with my tight college schedule, the only meals I get (with the exception of my wonderful breakfast of course) are imbalanced and in the longterm CANNOT have a good impact on my health!.

I had previously resorted to meal-replacement bars (taking 3 a day) and found them a very convenient snack!. So my plan was to create my own bars that are more balanced with fruits and vegetables and everything else so that 3 of them give me more than HALF of the FDA recommended amount of servings for fruits, vegetables etc!. The rest I'll try to get from normal meals!. My schedule's not THAT busy!.

Any ideas for how can I create these bars!? I can work with the taste as long as they're a fourth of the way to decent!. I don't think I'd be too particular, as long as they're balanced, I'll learn to enjoy them!. The easier to create the better - I'm thinking something like 1) BLEND fruits, vegetables etc!. and then 2) mix with something else and 3) BAKE and 4) Cut into bars of desirable size!. Hope someone can help me out here!. I have no cooking knowledge whatsoever!. Thank you!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Start with a base of wheat mids and rolled whole oats for fiber - wheat mids also high in fat content!. If you can find it, add corn gluten meal - a great source of fats and protein!. mix with raw honey, dried milk, crushed peanuts, crushed dried banana slices, dried kiwi, dried papaya, soy nuts, and crushed brazil nuts!. Roll out on cutting board about 1/2 inch thick!. Cut into pieces about 1 inch by 6 inches!.
Coat top of bar with caramel (about 1/8 inch layer) blended with powdered milk!.
Allow caramel to cool slightly until tacky!.
Dip bar in melted almond bark and place bars on wax paper!. Allow to cool!. (okay to refrigerate)!. When cooled, place in container separated by wax paper or individually wrap and store in refrigerator until needed for a carb boost that is high in natural high fructose, sucrose, protein, and simple fats!. And they taste good, too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

get the met-rx protein mix and add whatever fruits u want- deliciousWww@FoodAQ@Com

Just use dates and nuts, add any other fruits you like!. Use the medjool dates which are whole and not totally dried out!. If you can find pitted ones your work will go much faster!. This is like a Larabar!. You can also add protein, algal or other supplemental powders if you want!. My favorite is just dates and pecans!. I make these as treats but a large one could certainly qualify as a meal replacement!. You make the whole thing in the food processor (half nuts half date) until its paste!. Then put it in a baking pan!. Use paper towels to absorb as much oil as you can, until its dried out enough to work with!. Then cut into bars!. Keep them in the fridge but you can carry them in your bag all day and they'll be fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
