Chicken with eggplant!.
1 chicken, 3 medium eggplants, 1 onion, 1 tablespoon flour, 3-4 tablespoons oil, salt, chopped parsley Back to Hen with eggplant
Cut the eggplants in quarters, lengthwise, and then halve each quarter!. Salt and let sit for at least a half hour!. Then slightly squeeze each piece, dredge with flour and fry in oil!. Saute the chicken pieces, covered, in a tablespoon of oil!. Add the grated onion and 2-3 tablespoons of water!. Arrange the eggplant pieces over the chicken, add the parsley, cover and let boil, at low heat, for 10-15 minutes!. Then move the pan to the oven and let it bake until ready!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

100 Gram Brown rice, cooked (3 1/2 oz)
100 Gram Blue Cheshire cheese (3 1/2 oz), cubed
2 Eating apples, diced
50 Gram Radishes, sliced (2 oz)
2 Sticks Celery, sliced
25 Gram Sultanas (1 oz)
150 Gram Natural yogurt (5 oz)
1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 Red apple, sliced
Combine the chicken, rice, cheese, apples, radishes, celery and sultanas!.
Mix together the yogurt and mayonnaise and fold into the salad mixture!.
Serve garnished with red apple!.

you can broil it and serve it with some sauteed veggies, or some cooked asparagus, whatever you like!. Brown rice is healthy with it, so's couscous!.
Or, you could do a chicken breast wrap in a tortilla, or a chicken-topped salad, or poached chicken with stew veggies!.

We like to make chicken soup!. Its so easy too!. All you need is an onion a few carrots some celery and salt and pepper to go with that chicken you have!. Throw it all in a pot and med heat it for a little while, It smells great and it is a real good pick me up ona cold raiy day,Www@FoodAQ@Com
