Does anyone have a few good recipes that are really quick?!

Question: Does anyone have a few good recipes that are really quick!?
I'm tired of cooking the same things all the time!. I try and look up new recipes and they all look good but I don't want to spend hours in the kitchen!. I have 3 small children so I need recipes that are fast and something that has nothing to do with hamburger helper, spaghetti, or mac-n-cheese haha!
anyone!?

Here's a quick easy one!.!.

Fry sliced chicked breast pieces in a small bit of oil and remove from pan when cooked

Using same pan, add in some chopped veggies (which ever you like!. I use onion, brocolli, carrot, celery) and let fry for a few minutes!.

Add in 1 can of Cambells cream of chicken soup with equal part milk to your veggies and let come to a simmer until the veggies are slightly tender (about 5 minutes)!. also, don't forget to season with some salt & pepper!.

Add back the chicken to the soup/veggie mix

Toss with pasta noodlesWww@FoodAQ@Com

Sesame Chicken
Serves 4

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
3 Tbsp!. soy sauce
1/2 Cup flour
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
Dipping sauce such as BBQ, Plum, Sweet & Sour or Honey Mustard

Preheat oven to 450F!.

Pound chicken breasts flat with a kitchen mallet (or, if you don't have a mallet, a baseball bat) between two pieces of plastic wrap!. Cut into strips, about 1" x 4"!. Marinate them in soy sauce for 5 minutes!.

Mix flour and sesame seeds on a plate & roll the drained strips in it!.

Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick spray, place floured chicken strips on it and bake about 15 minutes, turning once!. Actually, if you lay them on a wire rack on the cookie sheet you won't have to turn them (that will only save you 30 seconds but you now have a full 15 minutes for!.!.!.whatever)!.

I feel your pain!. It has been a while since I had little kids but I know what you are facing!.

My kids would always eat a baked or fried chicken leg (I took the legs, dipped them in egg and then crumbled cornflakes seasoned with Tony Cacheres Cajun seasoning WE DID LIVE in BATON ROUGE! and then sprayed them with cooking spray and cooked them at 375 for about 45 minutes!. They loved that with mashed potatoes and peas!. Okay your kids might like a different vegetable!.

They also liked hamburger patties smothered in brown gravy!. (Gravy once a week doesnt hurt anyone) and served with rice or noodle or potatoes and a vegetable!.

My son LOVED meatloaf My daughter hated it!. BOth the kids would eat pasta in a white sauce as long as there was a whole lot of parmesan to sprinkle on top!.

How about tacos!? Or chicken fingers wrapped in a flour tortilla with cheese, lettuce, tomato and any other veggie you can think to sneak in!?

My kids grew up to be healthy successful adults!. The main thing is to have dinner with your kids and TALK to them while they are eating your delicious cooking!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Here's an easy one I love for chicken!. No one has ever guessed what's in it when I've made it and it's always a big hit with guests!.

Skinless chicken breasts or thighs
dry onion soup mix
italian salad dressing
jam - peach, plum, whatever!.!.!. best without seeds though!.

Mix the bottom 3 ingredients in a bowl then pour over the chicken!. Bake in a covered dish at 350 for approx 45 mins depending on size of chicken pieces!.
Comes out kind of like a sweet and sour - if you want more sticky, use less dressing and more jam!. The sauce is yummy - I like to have it with brown/wild rice and veggies!.

Good luck!
