Pasta, pasta and more pasta! The quickest/tastiest dinner I make starts like this:

1 bag of egg noodles- boil, drain, and add 3 tbsp of butter!.
Grill (however many you need) boneless chicken breast strips on a grill pan, indoor or outdoor grill w/ pepper, salt, garlic, and spices you wish!. When chicken is almost done and chopped broccoli to grill with butter and spices!.
Plate pasta, chicken and broccoli, and then sprinkle with freshly shredded Parmesan cheese!.

I healthy tasty meal in 20 mins!Www@FoodAQ@Com

My sister's BBQ'ed Mediterranean seafood feast (it's not easy cooking a variety of seafood on the grill, and she rocks at it!)!. She makes an authentic Mediterranean spice rub (married to a North African), and then marinates and grills the following:

Lobsters (halved); jumbo shrimp (shell intact, but split so can be devained and spices placed on the inside and outside of the shell); tuna (whole fish); octapus (this receives a great deal of special handling to ensure tenderness ~ you have to beat the hell out of it!.!.LOL, but true) which is served both BBQ'ed and cut-up in a light cream soup with veggies!.

Side dishes are grilled vegetable salad (Tunisian/Moroccan), grilled figs, grilled avocados, homemade baguettes (unbelieveable, but she makes bread every day), and lastly a huge platter of fresh fruit (also traditional in North Africian meals)!.

SIMPLY TO DIE FOR!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like chicken melt sandwiches and home fries!. Take rye bread (wheat can work too if you want), a good grilled chicken breast (the frozen kind works well), and provolone and american cheese!. Get the chicken to the point where it's not frozen, but not fully cooked!. Then you put the american cheese on the bottom, then the chicken breast, then the provolone!. Cook like a grilled cheese!. It's awesome with home fries, the good homemade kind!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
