Need some easy chicken recipes PLEASE!!!!?!
Here is what I have!. 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves!. I am looking for something that I can put in the oven!. Not boil, fry, or wok!. ? teaspoon garlic powder
1 can cream of mushroom soup
? cup skim milk
? cup sour cream

Place chicken in 9 x 13" baking dish that has been sprayed with non stick spray, making sure chicken doesn't overlap!. Sprinkle with garlic powder!. Mix soup, mil, sour cream, sherry and drained mushrooms!. Spread over chicken, sprinkle with paprika!. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender!.
Serve with egg noodles or brown rice!.

In plastic bag, combine all ingredients except chicken and buttermilk!.

2 cups Minute brown rice, uncooked
1 3/4 cups warm water
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast half (4)
1/4 cup reduced-fat ranch dressing (Kraft Light Done Right Reduced-Fat Ranch Dressing)
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 400 degrees!.
Combine rice and water; let stand 5 minutes!.
Soon rice evenly onto center of each of 4 large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil!. Top with 1 chicken breast half; sprinkle with chili powder!. Drizzle evenly with dressing and top with cheese!.
Make packets by folding top and sides of aluminum foil to seal!. Place in a single layer on a baking pan!.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through!.
Cut slits in foil with a sharp knife to release steam before opening!.

4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Combine ingredients in a bowl!.
You can marinate the ingredients for an hour, or you can skip that and go right to making the packet!.
Add ingredients to a large sheet of heavy foil!.
Bring the long sides together and fold down, 2-3 times!.
Roll the ends in, at least 2 folds each!.
Place packet seam side up on a baking sheet!.
Bake for 20 minutes in a 425°F oven!.
To serve, unroll one end of the packet and pour out or open the top and spoon out!.
Serve with rice

1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F or grill to medium-high!. Spray one side of a 12 x 18-inch sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil with nonstick cooking spray!.
Center one chicken breast on the sprayed side of foil!. Spoon 1/4 of the pizza sauce over chicken!. Top with 1/4 each of the pepperoni, vegetables and cheese!.
Fold foil into packet!. Repeat with remaining chicken breasts!. Bake for 18 to 23 minutes on a cookie sheet in the oven or grill for 10 to 12 minutes, covered!.
NOTE: Substitute or add your favorite pizza toppings!.

How about chicken & doritos casserole!?
1 bag doritos (or any kind of chip)
chicken
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup (or mushroom)
cumin

Then sprinkle a fairly thick coat of Kraft parmesan cheese!. Sprinkle paprika and parsley on top of that for a nice color and bake in a 375 degree oven for about 30 to 40 minutes!. The parmesan is the most important ingredient!. It gives flavor and makes a nice crust!. The spices can be almost anything you like!. Easy and delicious!Www@FoodAQ@Com
