What causes the film like layer on the milk I am simmering? I am making kheer or rice pudding.?!
I am making kheer, and there is a thick film that appears!. I stir it occasionally, but it keeps reappearing!. It seems ok, but I am just curious why it appears!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
