I put feta cheese on salads, soups and sandwiches!. I've even put them on baked potatoes, tomatoes and anything I can think of!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Have you ever tried librarian and Feta!? It's delicious!.
Go to your local library!. Pick out an attractive female librarian!. Short skirt and glasses is the best kind!. If you can't find one like this, any old librarian will do almost as well!. Anyway, when she's distracted, hit her over the head with a heavy book!. Drag her back to your place!. Debone and drain her of blood!. Some people prefer leaving the skin on!. I don't, that's disgusting!. Anyway, cut her into bite sized pieces approximately 2 inches wide!. Have a large pot ready with boiling water and toss in the pieces!.
Note: you will probably need to do this about 4 to 12 times, depending on the size of your librarian!. If that's too much, you can put the excess in the freezer!.
Boil the librarian bits for about 5- 7 minutes, or until you can just start to smell the aroma!. Then drain the pot, and spread out the peaces on a cooking tray!. Season with pepper, salt, paprika and a touch of garlic salt!. Place tray in oven and cook at 425F for about 20 minutes!.
When they're done, serve them on plates and sprinkle some Feta cheese over top!. 1 Librarian serves 5-15 people!.
If you do NOT have any libraries or librarians nearby, a clerk at a bookstore is a suitable substitute, though not nearly as delicious in my humble opinion!.

mmmm Fetta!
How about!.!.
Sundried tomatoes!?
Olives!?
Spinach!? (spinach and fetta with or w/o ricotta is great in pastry!)
Zuchinni and tomato!?
Fetta also goes really well in quiche( with spinach, pumpkin!.!.etc), on pizza and in Calzone (sort of like inside-out pizza!.!. great with fetta, spinach, tomato, olives, zuchinni, eggplant!.!.!.)
Hope I helped :)
Ps!. Heres a snack type recipe with fetta:
Cheese triangles!. I make a hundred or so in advance and freeze them in plastic bags!.
Ricotta cheese (from the supermarket)
Fetta cheese
Eggs
Mint (chopped)
Puff pastry
Pepper to taste
I put more fetta than ricotta to keep the mixture firm, number of eggs added depends on how runny the mixture is!. One or two is usually enough!. Mint added depends on taste also - I add at least 2 tablespoonds of mint!.
Crush fetta with fork in a bowl, add ricotta and mix, add beaten egg(s) and mix!. Mix well!.
Puff pastry back home came in sheets of 8 (here it comes in one big roll)!. Cut sheet into even squares (I used to cut the one sheet into 9 squares)!.
Using a teaspoon dollop the mixture into the middle of the squares!. Fold into a triangle or rectangle and use a fork to seal the parcel (also leaves a nice little pattern)!.
To cook: pre-heat oven (approx 180°)!. place on greaseproof paper!. brush with oil (optional, makes them golden) and cook until golden!.
Easy and tasty!.
