Answers:
What type of noodle are you referring to!?
There are a lot of noodle types out there, mostly in the Asian countries!.
Noodles provide carbohydrates!. Some noodles are made from rice, flour, eggs, etc!. Most have nutritional value in them except for ONE type of noodle!.

INSTANT noodles!.
Instant noodles have no nutritional value and should be avoided!. Second, uncooked instant noodles have a wax coating on them to prevent them from sticking to each other!. This wax then forms part of the noodle when cooked!. When taken excessively, the wax coats the stomach lining and cause stomach problems and at times even cause cancer!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Depends on the noodle!. All noodles are carbs!. The body breaks them down quickly for fuel, which happens to be glucose!. If you do not have a blood sugar problem, they aren't that problematic, just don't make them your primary source of food, because it can trigger diabetes!.

Ones made with processed (white) flour break down most quickly in your body causing a quick spike in your blood sugar!. Unfortunately, these are also the best tasting ones!.

Whole grain noodles break down a little slower, so the spike isn't so severe!. But many people find them more like eating cardboard, you do have to develop a taste for these and they cook up a little dryer!.

There are some noodles coming out with added protein and nutrients which slow the conversion down even lower!. Like the whole wheat they do not have the texture and moisture of the original noodles, though there are some which are close!.

You can limit the conversion by making sure that you serve protein with your noodles!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

They're not really nutritious, no!. They're a high energy food, like other starchy foods such as bread, and so they're useful because they give you a lot of energy and satisfaction in exchange for not much money!. However, the weak nutrition is well known, and they've had a problem in Japan of young, financially struggling students trying to live on Ramen and getting sick!.

You can eat a lot of noodles, or rice, or bread in your diet if you want, but you need to balance it with sources of protein (beans, nuts or meat), vegetables, fruit and so on, or you'll risk becoming sick from poor nutrition!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The main nutrient in noodles in carbohydrate!. While this is a necessary nutrient for the human body, it is found in such high concentrations in so many foods that you don't really need to worry about getting enough!. Other than that, noodles are pretty nutrient-poor!.

A good way to help if you like noodles is to change to whole wheat pasta (if your talking about italian- i don't know if asian noodles come in whole wheat), or add some veggies, such as spinach or broccoli to your noodles!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Normally, instant noodles, which are fried, contain 300 calories per 60 gram package with the daily intake being 2000-2500 calories per day!. Instant noodles contain carbohydrates, which help produce energy!. Noodles usually contain the oil from meat stock or frying used when cooking them!. In addition, there are small amounts of Vitamin A, iron and iodine added!. However, to increase the nutritional value of instant noodles I would suggest that vegetables, egg or meat be added!. Nutritional facts of different types of noodles vary and are included in the packaging!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Instant noodles ARE not that nutritional!. But eating them is a good way to fill your stomach when you're hungry and don't have much money!. (You can usually buy 10 packs for a dollar!.) They definitely shouldn't be consumed that often though because of the artifically added wax coating!. Yikes!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

ARE noodles nutritious
and no basically they are filler food!.!.!.depends!.!.They aren't special but they supply the body with calories ( energy ) and next to no nutritional valueWww@FoodAQ@Com
