I am 13 and I want to cook a meal for my family!.!. It cant be too hard but I want to cook something other than a frozen dinner!.

This is a recipe and meal plan I used to cook a lot when I was 13 - 14!. Super easy and good:
Porcupine Meatballs, Rice (the instant kind) and Italian cut green beans!.
Porcupine Meatballs
1 pound ground beef chuck
1 cup instant rice
1 egg
1 onion, diced
1 can tomato soup
salt and pepper
Mix ground beef with rice, egg, onion, salt and pepper!. Shape into balls about the size of golf balls and place in 2 quart baking dish!. Combine soup with about 1/2 can of water, mix until smooth!. Pour soup over meatballs and cover!. Cook for 1 - 1/2 hours at 325 degrees!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, My Mom Cooked Us this Chicken And Broccoli Alfredo And It was so good!. Prep: 10 min
Cook: 20 minutes
Makes 4 servings!.
1/2 of a 16 oz!. pkg!. linguine
1 cup fresh or frozen broccoli flowerts
2!. tbsp!. Butter
1 lb!. skinless boneless chicken breats, cut into 1 1/2 pieces!.
1 can (10 3/4 oz!.) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp!. ground black pepper
1!. Prepare linguine according to package directions in 3-qt!. saucepan!. Add Broccoli during last 4!.min of cooking time!. Drain linguine and broccoli well in colander!.
2!. Heat butter in 10" skillet over meduim high heat!. Add chicken and cook until well browned,stirring often!.
3!. Stir soup, milk, cheese, black pepper and linguine mixture into skillet!. Cook Until mixture is hot and bubbling!. Serve with additional parmesan cheese!.

It's super easy, but a family fave here is putting one chicken breast person in the crockpot, cover with honey, salt, pepper, a little water and a bunch of BBQ sauce!. Cook on low for around 8 hours or so!.!.!.!.during the day when you are at school (you would start this in the morning before you leave)!. Then homemade mashed potatoes with corn!. Peel and boil up some potatoes until tender!.!.!.!.use a food processor or fork to mash!.!.!.add lots of butter, milk, salt and pepper (garlic and cheese if you like it)!. We eat 1 can of corn with some butter and salt and pepper between 3 of us too (for serving sake)!.!.!.!.you would use 2 cans for a family of 4!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
