I used to make spaghetti and meatballs from scratch!. It took me all day to cook the sauce!. I ran short of time and did it the easy way and everyone raved that it was my best sauce yet!. I've done it this way ever since!.
Buy - Prego brand spaghetti sauce!. I like the meat flavored to use with meatballs!.
Buy - frozen meatballs
Buy- Dry angel hair pasta
Follow the directions on the packages and you're good to go!.
Start with hot water in your pan for pasta!. I add about 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt to help flavor the pasta!. Get that going while you start your meatballs and sauce!.
Be sure and set timers for your pasta - it cooks quickly and is terrible when over cooked!. Stir it a few times so it doesn't stick together!. Put a capful of liquid vegetable or olive oil in the water so it won't overflow!.
Use a large microwave safe container!. I nuke the meatballs first and set aside on paper towels to drain!. In the same container, I dump my Prego sauce and nuke for 1 1/2 minutes at a time and stir!. When it starts to get hot, I add the meatballs back in and finish heating the sauce!. Make sure you cover it with a lid (lightly) so it doesn't spatter!.
Basically, read the directions on the packaging of the items and you'll do fine!.

I have a large family so any recipe from me is going to be pretty big!.
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 large onion, diced fine
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup fine cracker or bread crumbs
3 eggs, well beaten!.
I could add more salt but I like to be conservative there!.
Mix all together and and form into small meatballs!. I like them pretty small!. When I eat my spaghetti, I want lots of small meatballs in every serving, not a couple of giant ones!. Brown well in a small amount of fat and drain!. Drop into simmering sauce and simmer 20 minutes and serve with spaghetti!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
