--is it when you put it into a blender!? or just diced it up!?

A grater (sp) is a thin sheet of steel (Say about 5 inches wide and 10 or 12 inches long)!.!.!.Normally with handles on each side and large and small holes (small holes on one side!.!.!.large on the other) which are kind of raised up on one side!.!.!.By rubbing what ever (Cheese, Onion, or potatoes!.!.!.) you grate it!.!.(or scrap off layers in strips!.!.)!.In the case of Potatoes!.!.You make hash browns when you grate them!.!.!.When you use the large "holes" your grating!.!.!.When you use the small holes it's finely grated!.!.!.Graters!.!.!.can be bought any where you find kitchen utensils!.!.!.Walmart!.!.!.etc!.!.!.Good Luck!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
