Answers:
I am a former chef and use a Brown Sugar Splenda mix, even the regular one for baking can be use, I also use natural peanut butter as I like a dried crumbly cookie more than a dense soft type, less flour and a bit of cornstarch are a good idea!.

Make the batter roll them into balls and chill them then press with a fork and bake at 350 d F for 8-12 minutes, depending on the size you press them or number per pan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you are trying to diet then I would suggest another kind of cookie!. Unless you use natural peanut butter there is already a ton of sugar in peanut butter, not to mention that it is largely fat!.

If you want low sugar treats, look in the section of the grocery that has foods for diabetics!.

And good luck with that diet!. I feel your pain!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't know if there are any fat-free sugar-free with peanut butter!. Peanut Butter is natually very high in fat!.

I would look at the actual recipe, and substitute out what you can, low sodium low fat peanut butter, spenda sugar, and an alternative spread for butter!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1cup peanut butter,2 eggs, and a little sugar substitute, mix all togther and spoon on pan and bake!.these are great i have cooked them alot for my grandfather because he is diabetic!.and its great because it has no flour eaither!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
