If you don't want the flavor of brandy, use water, white grape juice, or apple juice!. If you want the flavor of brandy use brandy extract, but only use 1/4 to 1/2 of what the recipe calls for, as it is very strong!. You can then add water to make up for the rest of the liquid in the recipe!.
IE recipe calls for 2 TBS of brandy, you can use 1/2 TBS of brandy extract and 1 1/2 TBS of water!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Scotch or bourbon!. If a particular flavor is specified, use the corresponding fruit juice, such as apple, apricot, cherry, peach, raspberry etc!. or grape juice!. Corresponding flavored extracts can be used for small amounts!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
