1 small pkg orange jello
1 cup hot water
1 can mandrian oranges ( drained and reserve juice )
1 can crushed pineapple ( drained and reserve juice)
minature marshamallows
Dissolve jello in 1 cup of hot water
Add pineapple and oranges
Cover the jello with the marshmallows
Cool
Topping
!/2 cup sugar
3 TBSP flour
1 egg beaten
1 cup of reserved juice
Cook over med heat til mixrure thickens
Take off stove and add 1 TBSP butter
When mixture cools
Mix 3/4 cup of cool whip into mixture
Spread on top of jello

1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 tablespoon frozen, partially thawed orange juice concentrate
2 large oranges, peeled and sectioned
2 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon shortening
Mix yogurt and orange juice concentrate!. Spoon 2 tablespoons yogurt mixture onto each of 4 dessert plates!. Arrange orange sections on yogurt mixture!. Heat chocolate chips and shortening over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted!. Carefully drizzle chocolate in thin lines over oranges!.

8 medium oranges
2/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
6 large egg yolks
2 teaspoons minced fresh mint leaves
2 1/4 cups heavy cream, whipped to firm peaks

Cocoa powder, garnish
Cut 1/3 of the top off each orange and scoop out all flesh, reserving it and any juice, Strain the flesh, firmly pressing down to extract as much juice as possible!.In a saucepan, combine the orange juice, sugar, and lemon zest; reduce by 1/2 over high heat, stirring to help the sugar melt!. Carefully remove the peel from the four oranges!.With a serrated knife, cut tic-tac-toe slices in the top of each whole orange, being careful not to cut all the way through!.Place the oranges on serving plates!.
Spread the orange "petals" apart, leaving the center "stamen" in tact!.
Combine the low sugar raspberry jam with the hot water and honey!. Drizzle sauce over the orange flowers and garnish with mint!.

1 cup orange juice
3 medium oranges, peeled and sectioned
1 can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks, undrained
1/2 cup seedless red grapes, halved
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preparation:
Combine juice, orange sections, pineapple, and grapes, stirring gently to blend!. Refrigerate until serving time!. Fold in coconut and pecans just before serving!.
This Ambrosia Recipe serves 6!.

2 1/4 cups (225 grams) sifted cake flour
1 1/2 cups (300 grams) sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup salad oil
5 medium egg yolks, unbeaten
Grated rind of 2 navel or Sunkist oranges
Juice of two medium oranges-add water to make 3/4 cup (or use an orange concentrate, like Tang, Sunny or Sunquick, and dilute with water)
1 cup egg whites
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
Cointreau Syrup:
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup Cointreau
1/4 cup butter
How to make Orange Chiffon Cake:
Preheat oven to 325 deg Farenheit!. Sift together flour, 1 cup of the sugar, baking powder and salt into a medium mixing bowl!. Make a well in center of flour mixture; add oil, egg yolks, orange rind and orange juice!. Beat with paddle attachment of electric mixer until smooth!. In a large mixing bowl, whip egg whites with cream of tartar until frothy!. Add remaining 1/2 cup sugar in four addiitons, beating until stiff, but not dry peaks form!. Pour egg yolk mixture gradually over egg whites, folding gently just until blended!. Pour into ungreased 10-inch tube pan and bake for 65 minutes!. Invert pan over a long -necked bottle to cool!. Brush with Cointreau Syrup!.

This is a simple and surprisingly refreshing dessert that I make for my father who is diabetic!. We both love it and I don't even like cottage cheese!. You can't taste it!. It's just for texture!.
Just Plain Orange

180g pastry flour (sifted)
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 egg yolks (light beaten)
2 egg whites (beaten dry)
Preparation
a!. Cream the butter, sugar and milk together till smooth!.
b!. Add egg yolks, then egg whites and the rest!. Mix well!.
c!. Pour them in two shallow buttered baking pan!.
d!. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for about 15-20 minutes!.
e!. When done let cool at the rack!.
Ingredients for Filling
1 egg white
50g orange pulp and juice
300g powdered sugar
Action
a!. Add the pulp and juice into the egg white!.
b!. Gradually beat in the powdered sugar!. Beat it slowly!.
c!. When it is stiff enough to hold its shape, spread upon the cake!.
Note: Long beating makes this icing spongy and white!.
