You can use curly parsley the same way you use the flat leaf kind!. I like to use it in lemon chicken!. Warm your large saute pan(nonstick is good, but not necessary) over low heat!. While it's warming up, season 1/4 cup flour with 1/4 teaspoon of salt, pepper and garlic powder in a plate or shallow bowl!. Stir to mix and set aside!. Cut your onions or shallots(1 medium onion or 2-3 shallots depending on how big they are)into a small dice and put in a bowl, set aside!. Chop up about 1/2 cup of the parsley and set aside!. Keep the salt and pepper handy!. Have your chicken breasts(4 or 5) prepared by trimming off the fat and pounding them so that the thicker end is almost the same thickness as the thin end(or you can cut a thin pocket into the thick part and lay it open like a book!. Don't cut all the way through the breast! Set them aside on a plate!. Turn up the heat under the pan to medium and add 1 Tablespoon of olive oil to the pan!. Swirl around, and then dip a breast into the flour on both sides to coat lightly; place in pan, do with all breasts!. If you need another tablespoon of oil, use it!. Cook about 3 minutes on each side, just to lightly brown them!. Remove and place on a clean plate!. If you need to, you may add another tablespoon of oil to the pan!. Dump about 3 tablespoons of the seasoned flour into the pan, and using a wooden spoon or silicone spatula, stir the flour into the oil until the flour is no longer white!. Pour about 2 cups of chicken broth into the pan and stir constantly to avoid lumps!. If the gravy is too thick, add more chicken stock, but only in 1/2 cup increments(you can always add more liquid, but too much makes it too thin!. Stir and simmer on low flame for 3-5 minutes!. Add 3 tablespoons of lemon juice(about 1/2 a lemon), and taste gravy to adjust seasonings!. If you want more lemon add more now!. Add the chicken breasts to the gravy and cook on low heat for 10 minutes to reheat and cook the chicken through!. When chicken is done, add the chopped parsley!. Serve with rice or pasta!. Hope it helps!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

it's used the same way as the "other" kind!. you can add it , finely chopped, to any green salad, cook it with meat and bones for a bouillon, blend it with other vegetables and fruits into a healthy smoothy - taste and add to avoid adding too much, add it liberally to fried potatoes ( oil/butter, cut up potatoes, leftover meats or sausage - fry it up - it's a meal - and liberally add parsley at the end (chopped)!.
And finally, wash, dry on a cloth a little, put into a freezer bag and into the freezer!. can be used like fresh at any time!.
google parsley - it's very healthy and not only a garnish!Www@FoodAQ@Com
