Question: Is it healthier to bake or grill a fish!?
i have some Atlantic salmon!.!. can someone tell me what is the best way to cook it !?Www@FoodAQ@Com

What a loaded question! Salmon can be enjoyed in a healthy way, but it depends on how you cook it and what you put on it!. You could grill it with tons of butter and olive oil and that could possibly put you into a danger zone, you could saute it with fresh herbs and white wine but the butter sauce could put you over the limit!. Most fishes have natural oils already, so using that in their preparation, you could omit that extra oil and butter if you know the fish you are cooking!. Pan searing means you are cooking the fish in it's natural oil and whatever you add to it, Grilling a fish however, means that you might have to add flavor because all of your natural oils from the fish will be on the coals of your grill!. So, armed with this information, you should grill your Fish first, then bake it next!. Have a GREAT weekend!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Salmon is a wonderful kind of fish with a delicate yummy flavor, grilling it will over come its natural yummy taste and add carbon to it, I believe baking it with a squirt of lemon, salt and pepper will deliver you a healthy yummy dish, bon apetitoWww@FoodAQ@Com

both are Healthy!!.!.But in my opinion baking always tastes better, but grilling can taste really good too, if you have a Nice outside grill and cook it in foil!.!.!.when i make fish alot of times i saute it in olive oil and serve with some type of veggie or over riceWww@FoodAQ@Com

Bake and/or Grilled are both healthy ways to cook Salmon, so it is up to you which way you'd like to cook it!. I like mine on the grill!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
